Subject: How do you calm down when you're angry ? Mon Nov 26, 2007 3:05 pm
Well ... i was just wondering if you can help me out ... it's not a l2 problem ... (i hope you guessed that when you read the title) ... so ... what do you do to calm down when you're angry ? how do you act when you feel like jumping on the window or cutting your wrists ? (or ripp someone else ass) ... So take your time and wirte down some of your ideas ... i hope it won't be too late for me

Well... this might sound odd.. but when Im really pist... I usually run like 5 km... or until im tired... and then I start to box on the closest tree.. until my fists hurts more then the thing thats pists me off... You should try it sometime.. it really works
Btw why are you that angry that you need tips on how to calm down?

I tried it already ... and my fists aren't feeling anything ... i don't think there is something that will hurt me more than this ... still waiting for new ideas
